Dr. Fadi S. Mahmoud is a healthcare entrepreneur and business leader with more than 26 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare solutions industry across the Middle East. As Founder and CEO of Med Surg Solutions (MSS), established in 2003, he has led the company’s growth into a regional healthcare solutions platform serving Lebanon and the GCC.
Committed to healthcare innovation, education, and patient-centered solutions, Dr. Mahmoud has also established initiatives supporting the continuous development of healthcare professionals and the adoption of new technologies.
Beyond healthcare, he is actively involved in community and civic development, serving as President of the Barouk–Freidiss Municipal Council and contributing to the Shouf Biosphere Reserve. His work reflects a strong commitment to education, youth development, sustainability, and community wellbeing.
